Q: How long will it take to process my order?
A: The processing of your order may take up to 24 hours.

Q: How is shipping handled in Lebanon?
A: We offer door-to-door delivery of all orders by our drivers. If you prefer to pick up the order yourself, please contact us to schedule the pickup.
Q: What are the shipping fees?
A: We charge a shipping fee of $4 for all orders within Lebanon.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, typically within 4-7 days. However, delivery time may vary depending on product availability and delivery address. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Returns
Q: What is your returns policy?
A: We have a no exchange, no refund policy. We do not offer exchanges or refunds unless the item is damaged or you receive the wrong order.
Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged item or the wrong order?
A: If the product you received is damaged or if you received the wrong order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
Payment
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We offer the following payment methods:
Cash on delivery (COD): We accept cash payments upon delivery of your order.
OMT: If you prefer to make a payment through OMT, please let us know in advance, and we will provide you with the necessary payment details.
Western Union: We also accept payments through Western Union. Please contact us to receive the necessary payment details.
Q: What currency do you accept?
A: We accept payments in USD. Alternatively, if you prefer to pay in Lebanese Pounds (LBP), we can provide you with the daily exchange rate upon request.
